We include the development of a home design that is specific to your building site and give you high quality construction blueprints. This represents a $15,000 to $20,000 cost for an average-sized full custom home if purchased from other professionals.

The design process includes planning ahead for site issues as well as meeting the owner’s requirements for visual appeal, livability and best use of land. Linwood’s type of site specific design is generally not available on the market.

In addition to design and blueprints your Linwood home package will include all the building components you need to construct your home to the "lock-up stage". You get the right quantity of materials in exactly the same premium quality specification that you have ordered. Some suppliers reserve the right to substitute “equivalent” specification product while others do not include some of the major components (such as roofing materials) required to complete the structure of the home.

We also help you build your home with practical building options. You can choose from basic help and advice, project management or full turnkey solutions including general contracting services available from our builder network.
