We supply site specific design, deliver the right combination of lock-up materials directly to site and support the project with technical expertise. Our builders typically contract directly with homeowners for construction of the home. This system allows builders to focus on construction activities, minimize unproductive time and make a better income.

Linwood has many projects underway at any given time. These not only include individual custom homes, but also a variety of higher end recreational developments. Typically our homes appeal to more affluent consumers with realistic budgets who want to build quality homes with more features.

All members of the independent Linwood builder alliance have access to our proprietary Custom Builder XPM project management system. This enables them to work with informed customers, operate more efficiently and increase the number of annual projects while significantly reducing risk.
