Once you have finalized your design you are able to choose the right combination and quantity of materials to get your project to the lock-up stage. Many of these materials will be specially manufactured for your unique home.

Different products have different production timelines but all need to be ready for efficient shipment to your site so that they are available when needed for construction.

As soon as blueprints are available the quantities of material selected can be put into production. The price of all of the materials you have selected for your home package is fixed for a meaningful period of time. Linwood will then start to assemble all the various building components in the best timeframe possible.
